What happens if GarmentcClothingRack.com makes a mistake and quotes us too low of a freight rate. Will you ask me for more money?
Absolutely not ! Once we quote you a delivered price, you will never pay more than that quoted delivered price. If we make a mistake, we "eat" the additional freight.
Because of the complexity of getting the lowest freight cost for you, our valued customer, we are unable to provide this information online. Each freight rate is checked by a real live human to ensure you receive the best deal possible. We receive at least 5 freight quotes for every order. we then determine the best freight rate for your order based on a variety of reasons.
Why do you not want me to provide my credit card # when I request the quote?
Some companies state they will provide you a delivered price quote AFTER you place your order. This is WRONG. We want you to know exactly what you are paying so you can make an informed decision before placing your order. Be wary of any company that wants your credit card # before providing you an exact, guaranteed delivered price.
My shipment is damaged. What do I do?
IF YOUR SHIPMENT IS OBVIOUSLY DAMAGED, PLEASE REFUSE IT. If there appears to be minor damage, NOTE IT ON THE FREIGHT BILL AND ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT. PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY.
