Absolutely not ! Once we quote you a delivered price, you will never pay more than that quoted delivered price. If we make a mistake, we "eat" the additional freight.

Each freight rate is checked by a real live human to ensure you receive the best deal possible. We receive at least 5 freight quotes for every order. we then determine the best freight rate for your order based on a variety of reasons.

Why do you not want me to provide my credit card # when I request the quote?

Some companies state they will provide you a delivered price quote AFTER you place your order. This is WRONG. We want you to know exactly what you are paying so you can make an informed decision before placing your order. Be wary of any company that wants your credit card # before providing you an exact, guaranteed delivered price.

My shipment is damaged. What do I do?

IF YOUR SHIPMENT IS OBVIOUSLY DAMAGED, PLEASE REFUSE IT. If there appears to be minor damage, NOTE IT ON THE FREIGHT BILL AND ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT. PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY.

If there are any problems with your shipment, missing parts, defective parts, PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY. We will contact the manufacturer and resolve any issues for you.

If you wish to return any item, you may do so within 30 days. YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR A RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION prior to shipping it back. NO MERCHANDISE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN WITHOUT AND RGA #. 35% RESTOCKING CHARGE ON ANY AND ALL RETURNS PLUS YOU PAY RETURN FREIGHT.
